توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق Rizq، وكيف نستخدمها ونشاركها ونحفظها ونحذفها.

يشغّل تطبيق Rizq منصّة تربط العملاء بالموردين وأصحاب المتاجر في سلطنة عُمان. تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق Rizq على أجهزة Android وأجهزة iOS، وعلى نسخة الويب.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل المنصّة:

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع، ولا بيانات بيومترية، ولا جهات الاتصال في جهازك، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض إعلانية.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والتحقق من رقم هاتفك أو بريدك.
عرض المنتجات والمتاجر وتنفيذ الطلبات وتوصيلها.
إرسال إشعارات ورسائل تشغيلية تتعلق بحسابك وطلباتك (مثل رمز التحقق وتحديثات حالة الطلب).
الدعم الفني والرد على استفساراتك.
حماية المنصّة من إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال.
تحسين أداء التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء.

مشاركة المعلومات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها. نشاركها فقط في الحالات التالية:

مع الطرف الآخر في الطلب: عند تنفيذ طلب، يرى المورّد الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل اللازم لتسليم الطلب، ويرى العميل بيانات المتجر العامة.
مع مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يعالجون البيانات لحسابنا:
- Supabase: استضافة قاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات والمصادقة.
- OneSignal: إرسال الإشعارات الفورية.
- بوّابة رسائل واتساب: إرسال رموز التحقق والرسائل التشغيلية إلى رقم هاتفك.
- Firebase Hosting (Google): استضافة نسخة الويب وهذه الصفحة.
- OpenStreetMap: خرائط اختيار الموقع (يُرسل طلب بلاطات الخريطة من جهازك).
عند الإلزام القانوني: إذا طُلب منا ذلك بموجب القانون أو أمر من جهة مختصة.

أمان البيانات

ننقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ونخزّن كلمات المرور بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع (bcrypt)، ونقيّد الوصول إلى البيانات بحسب دور المستخدم على مستوى الخادم. لا توجد وسيلة حماية كاملة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا. عند حذف الحساب نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، مع الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات المكتملة للمدة التي تقتضيها المتطلبات المحاسبية والقانونية، ثم تُحذف.

حقوقك وحذف البيانات

يمكنك في أي وقت:

الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها من داخل التطبيق عبر شاشة الحساب.
إلغاء الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.
طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.

طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات: أرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك إلى support@rizq.om بعنوان «حذف الحساب». نؤكد الطلب ونُنجزه خلال 30 يومًا كحدّ أقصى.

خدمات الموقع

نطلب إذن الموقع لتحديد عنوان التوصيل ومطابقتك مع الموردين القريبين. الإذن اختياري: يمكنك إدخال العنوان يدويًا، ويمكنك تعطيله في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز. لا نتابع موقعك في الخلفية.

أطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم بشكل مقصود. إذا علمنا بذلك نحذف البيانات.

تعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

This policy explains what data the Rizq app collects, and how we use, share, retain, and delete it.

Rizq operates a marketplace connecting customers with suppliers and shop owners in the Sultanate of Oman. This policy applies to the Rizq app on Android and iOS, and to the Rizq web app.

Information we collect

We collect only what the platform needs to operate:

We do not collect payment card data or biometric data, we do not access your device contacts, and we do not use your data for advertising.

How we use your information

Creating your account, signing you in, and verifying your phone number or email.
Listing products and shops, and processing and delivering orders.
Sending operational notifications and messages about your account and orders (for example, verification codes and order-status updates).
Providing support and answering your enquiries.
Protecting the platform against abuse and fraud.
Improving app performance and fixing bugs.

Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only in these cases:

With the other party to an order: when an order is placed, the supplier sees the name, phone number, and delivery address needed to fulfil it, and the customer sees the shop's public details.
With service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase: database hosting, file storage, and authentication.
- OneSignal: push notification delivery.
- A WhatsApp messaging gateway: sending verification codes and operational messages to your phone number.
- Firebase Hosting (Google): hosting the web app and this page.
- OpenStreetMap: map tiles for location selection (your device requests tiles directly).
Where legally required: when compelled by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.

Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored as irreversible hashes (bcrypt), and access to data is restricted by user role and enforced server-side. No method of protection is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymise your personal data; completed order records are kept for as long as accounting and legal requirements demand, and are then deleted.

Your rights and data deletion

At any time you can:

Access and correct your data in the app from the account screen.
Turn off notifications in your device settings.
Request deletion of your account and your data.

To request account and data deletion: email support@rizq.om from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete account". We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days at most.

Location services

We request location permission to set your delivery address and match you with nearby suppliers. The permission is optional: you can enter an address manually, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings. We do not track your location in the background.

Children

The app is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The updated version will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
